Diagnose·Execute·Monetize
A free, live-streamed clinic for skilled people whose careers have stalled. Find out what's really holding your income back, and leave with a plan to fix it.
You will leave with:
A clear roadmap to move a stalled career into paid, sustainable work.
A practical way to position yourself so the right opportunities can find you.
One simple rule that protects your energy while you build wealth.
Two Africa-built training brands, one mission: turning skills into careers.
Idealnovate Africa: community and bootcamp partner behind DCC's tech and data training pipeline.
PDU Africa: product design education partner behind DCC's UI/UX training pipeline.
DCCON exists to move skilled Africans from effort to income. Sponsors put their name on that outcome, in front of 500 registered professionals, freelancers and builders tuning in from across Africa and beyond.
Become a SponsorReach registered talent from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, the UK and the USA in a single broadcast, without the cost of a multi-city tour.
Get first access to trained, community-vetted designers, analysts and digital professionals ready for gigs, internships and full-time roles.
Be seen during the live broadcast and again throughout the 7-day replay, when attendees come back to rewatch the key principles.
DCCON attendees are actively investing in their growth. Put your tools, courses or services in front of an audience that is already looking for them.
Be publicly credited with helping close Africa's skill-to-income gap, and stay visible across DCC's community channels long after the stream ends.
If any of these sound like you, this clinic was built for your case.
You're good at what you do, and you still start from zero every month.
You've finished the training, but you can't show progress.
You deliver at a high level, and you still price like a beginner.
You feel underpaid, unseen, or one step from stuck.
You have the ability, but no clear path from skill to income.
No prerequisites. You can join even if you're completely new to Idealnovate or PDU. Bring the problem; the clinic does the rest.
Three themes: the state of tech, how wealth gets built, and how to keep going without burning out. Bring your questions; you can ask them live.
Diagnosing the state of tech today, and why blind hustle no longer builds a career.
Spot the work, present yourself with clarity, and move from unpaid effort to profit.
Rest, boundaries, and how to build without burning out.
We go live at 12:00 PM WAT on 17 October. Only 500 spots.
